04 / BEFORE WE START
Choose Refresh if the structure of your current site works but its presentation needs attention. Single Page suits a simple business with a focused offer. New Website gives you room for up to five pages. Unsure? We can work it out together.
Your business details, services, logo if you have one, and photos you have permission to use. We’ll also need access to the relevant website account. We confirm the materials before setting the start date.
Your domain and platform accounts stay in your name. After final payment, you receive the agreed website files or platform access and a handover. Any third-party fonts, images, or services remain subject to their own licenses.
Hosting, your domain, paid apps, and applicable taxes are separate from the project price. We explain these before starting. Website Care is optional at $49 per month; it is not required to keep your site.
We can link to an existing booking service. Custom booking systems, online stores, apps, and complex migrations are outside these packages and need a separate conversation.
50% is due to start, and 50% before launch. Refresh includes one revision round; New Website includes two. We agree the Single Page revision scope up front. Additional work is quoted before it begins.
